The third season of NickCam aired on Nickelodeon from August 8, 2009 to April 10, 2010. The season features Nick Cameron (Denzel Whitaker), his friends Rosanne Kenseth (Maunda Alexander), Rhodey Wilde (Kwame Alexander), Roman Harvick (Marlon Smith), Louise & Shirin Busch (Casey & Jannae Scott) and Qristyl Logano (Aldonesa Janglian) as they continue their own web show called “NickCam”. This season had the specials BloopCam and Mashed Up with iCarly a crossover special between the series and iCarly.

Nick is entering a TV Magazine's contest for writing an episode for an Upcoming show. His friends decide to participate in the contest too with their stories in different styles amongst other things. One month later, the gang goes to Los Angeles for party where the contest results are being told. They are shocked when they find out a boy from Seattle named Nevel Papperman (from iCarly) has won. Rhodey becomes mad and throws his food at Nevel. When the NickCam cast make a run for it, Nevel vows revenge on them.

Louise and Nick needs to write a story for homework. Nick decides to write about how met Louise. He is afraid that no one will like his story after Shirin informs him that it is boring. He begins fictionalizing the events and revising his story using advice from different people, as he tries to write a good story.

Nick meets a student named Dwight whose mom is pregnant with his baby sister Dakota. Dwight is nervous, wondering what it would be like to have a new baby in the house. When the baby does come, he is worried that the baby hates him, as she always seems to cry when he is around. When Dwight has to babysit, Nick and his friends try to show him how wrong he is.

Rhodey needs to write a book report and a group project with Shirin and a new student named Elle Fox. Rhodey tries to both at the same time. They discuss how they are going to do the group project; the girls come up with their own idea while Rhodey uses the book he’s reading for ideas. After failing to communicate, they argue and Rhodey finally realize that they need to work together to finish the project. Elsewhere, Rhodey’s friends try to find a book that is easy for him to read.

Nick and Elle have their birthday parties on the same day and neither can change the date. This splits the boys and the girls. Nick and Shirin come up with a plan to remedy the situation. Meanwhile, Rhodey meets Nevel Papperman (from Is it L@ or Hollywood?) as a nice guy. But Nevel keeps on disappearing around everyone else; making the NickCam group think that Rhodey is crazy.

The gang talks about how they celebrate the New Year. Roman and Louise have never stayed up until midnight on New Year's Eve. Their friends all have their theories on what occurs when the new year comes. They decide to celebrate New Year’s Eve early on NickCam so Roman and Louise can find out what really happens at midnight.

Elle and Carol convinces Nick and the other to throw a party live on NickCam to celebrate Mystic Mountain’s 30th Anniversary. Little does Nick know that the two sisters are part of a plan to humiliate NickCam, a plan engineered by a scheming Nevel Papperman. Nevel supposedly busts Nick in giving a disorderly party on the internet, but he gets himself gets busted when Rhodey (believing that Nevel would show up) video records Nevel admitting that it 
was all a set up to humiliate NickCam. However, Elle and Coral betrays Nevel and remains with Nick

Rosanne and Louise were best friends since they started high school. This episode is a flashback from that time. They decide to study together for an upcoming test that Nick made up but Rosanne continually procrastinates, claiming that she knows everything. When the test day comes, Rosanne cheats off of Louise's test and claims that she would never cheat, getting Louise into trouble which almost costs her friendship with Louise.

Shirin is addicted to a new computer game and plays it even when she should not. Despite Louise banning her from using the computer for a week, Shirin gets to a new area she is excited about it, she calls Nick and Rhodey. When it appears that they have broken the computer, they look for Rosanne and Roman to help them fix it, but they cannot find the problem. Eventually, Louise fixes the computer and gets hooked on the game.

Nick's group goes to Seattle for a week and meets the stars of iCarly for the first time. While having fun, they find out that the same burglars from “Black Christm@s in July” are back and must escape a house filled with booby traps. This three-part episode bears many similarities to the 1992 film Home Alone 2: Lost in New York.
